been able to have time to cool off, i think i'm going to be trying to incorporate my art more into content more, and will be restructuring the stream schedule (that last bit is subject to change as i'm currently looking to see if i can get my old job back but we'll see how that goes)

it's hard to feel like a good artist or a good creator when i can't get any traction without explicitly begging people for said traction

streaming is kind of the only social interaction i get in this nowhere town and my only source of income outside of commissions since my state refuses to give me disability, so to see people not really interacting with either disheartens me from even trying to make it work

i'll probably figure something out because i enjoy vtubing and chatting with you guys, but it just feels like either bluesky is suppressing my posts or people are actively choosing not to engage with them

i'm still new to this so maybe this is just normal but it still hurts :<

it's not what i want to do but streaming just seems to be wasted effort on my part when i could be pushing my art more and just moving to some place like picarto for streaming and going back to just doing NSFW art

(CW: slight vent post) not to sound like a downer but i'm feeling very demotivated from streaming lately, i've been noticing a sharp drop off in viewership over the last few months, i'm considering taking a step back from streaming after the subathon to focus on art
