Moxi and Coy in specific can change heights at will;

Moxi is a deity, so she can choose to be bigger or smaller, whatever suits her fancy. The height stated here is just the base, her proper height! (prefers it and how she is)

Coy is made of only goop, so he can become as big or small as he likes!
