I grew up in the West Midlands, and this vile word was used a lot by adults. Whilst we know how offensive this word is, some people still have this view, but now they feel able to say it out loud thanks mainly to the press and social media.

They are fines for customers. The customers end up picking these up via increased bills, while our previous increased bills, which should have been used to maintain and prevent the fines, were used to pay shareholder dividends and CEOs bonuses.
