Well she kinda become a 4-star Citali, but I still use her as she is a rather good shielder and her burst is a good cryo off-fielder.
I agree she has a great design... though I did make my own design to make drawing her more often easier.

Well I consider this "pokemon evolution" idea for Hiruka and Kira. Though I haven't really pinned a good design on either of them due to how often I change ideas.
But I might do it for other OCs, it really depends.

Concept I've drawn once or twice: Hiruka would eventually grow into the size of a whale shark. With her having more whale shark features and being heavier.
Thoughts? Not sure if I should try to improve the design or just modify it atm.
Many years of fattening them up, Kira and Hiruka finally gets their shot at their... creator? A character he designed for the funs? Better not to think too heavily on what Goo-Chan is.
