I am not a fan of Chris Snowden, he is an outlier in this case, cherry picks stuff like non "Dr" Susan Oliver.

I don't think the average 3 deaths per year is a realistic baseline. The unit was taking on more babies of greater acuity it was not equipped to deal with, and experienced, well qualified staff had left. Downgraded to level 1 in 2016 also.

I’m not surprised they got permission. But that really only means the claim isn’t hopeless, not that it is strong.

Cannot come soon enough Matthew. Need Right to Manage changes asap, really the onus should be on managing agents to show charges are reasonable, not leaseholders having to show they are unreasonable. Also need all in a block to be able to vote on the agent each year, even if no RTM co.
