This is the historic Coppley Building located on York Blvd in Hamilton Ontario. Erected in 1856, the Coppley Building is one of the finest surviving pre-Confederation commercial buildings in Canada. The cut-stone structure, which dates to 1856, was home to suit maker Coppley Apparel for more than a century. This building along with its redbrick counterpart (1911) are currently undergoing massive restoration. The adaptive reuse project will span over 100,000 square feet and include a restaurant, cafe, bar, and event spaces. The project will feature 96 residential with mix hotel units. It is expected to be completed by Summer 2026
