Agree. And these account for many of the problems that we see in complex adaptive systemsβ¦ like organizations. In that case, I like to do little experiments that arenβt gonna cause a big impact or big disruption to see how theyβre gonna affect the system. I like them to be FINEβ¦

But again, that assumes that the risks and costs (esp. to humans) are negligible. (Or you don't care.)

Even if someone is kind to you, proceed with caution if theyβre consistently unkind to others.
Selective civility is a sign of deep-seated hostility.
