@barrygardiner.bsky.social you are my MP, a decent person, but this is not acceptable. I am completely unhappy about the new immigration policies being pushed by @teamlabouruk.bsky.social and you lost my vote: hopefully labour lost all votes in my neighborhood. I will do my best to make sure of it.

This is absolutely horrible and cannot be condoned. Confiscating valuables from people fleeing war is beyond belief, even considering the option is shameful. The current leadership should just quit in shame, go away and be replaced with somebody compassionate and who cares. I did not vote for this.

Amazon announced 14,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $40M last year.

UPS announced 48,000 layoffs. Its CEO made over $24M last year.

Intel announced 20,000 layoffs. Its new CEO's pay package is valued at nearly $69M.

This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

These guys are one of the only voices in the UK economics/tax space campaigning for higher taxes on wealth.

Yes, and this happens because all resources and assets are being eaten by the super rich. Even governments need to sell their assets to stay afloat, and the 1% is eating those as well!

Most people talking about rejoining ignore that we cannot as Freeports are not allowed in EU (one of the reasons some people wanted Brexit)…so the UK public gets ripped off internally and externally.
