I say it's worth it, even if you were playing games on something like the Steam Deck. One could say the Alarmo was made for gamers in general. The Wi-Fi support makes it worthwhile; especially if you live in places that use DST. I also appreciate the Hourly Chime, which adds some gaming soundscapes.

Once Upon A KATAMARI having an #idolmaster song is a bigger deal than you realize. If you get into THE IDOLM@STER after listening to Katamari on the Doun, there's a great chance the IP will receive a major popularity boost. Look what happened to Fire Emblem after Marth and Roy appeared in Melee.

Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Star-Crossed World became the first Switch 2 game to be featured on the Nintendo Sound Clock: #Alarmo. That means #DonkeyKongBananza is guaranteed to get represented soon. DK and Pauline have a sleeping animation seen in the game that can be used for the Sleepy Sounds.
