Capitalism flattens artistic expression into marketable categories as a means to extract value. It does not care for intent or expression, and instead reduces media down to a checklist of content it does or does not include. If a game depicts sex, it goes in the adult category. It doesn’t consider why or how the sex is depicted, and if the player is or isn’t invited to jerk off to it. I think people should be more accepting and supportive of it/its pronouns. I don't think it/its users should be damned to only ever be misgendered, even among progressive and/or trans crowds
