spoiler alert lol (itβs 45 sec if you wanna click thru & see) but seemingly the first robot in film is a clown, who then gets smashed into nonexistence with a sledgehammer
this literally may have to be on page one of my dissertation
My rec is extremely boring, but mostly just a very good cloud file structure. Descriptive file names, relevant folders. Itβs fully searchable, portable, customisable, and doesnβt tie you to an app or software.

I'm told that some leftist bro on another site claimed that Millennials and Gen Z hardly use public libraries anymore. Based on what data? NO DATA.
In actuality, a survey from 2022 found that 54% of Gen Z & Millennials had visited a physical public library in the past year.
Hey @tkingfisher.com , have some good animal news:

A few days ago, a friend asked me to make a FB group for our friend circle planning a tea party.
I made the group and invited six people.
SIX PEOPLE. It's for a tea party, at someone's house.
... wait for it ... (AI slop post 1/ ?)
My general feeling is that every summary tool shortcuts the library shelf. In grad school there were few things I adored more than finding a book on the shelf bc I inevitably found six or seven other books on proximate shelves that I didnβt even know I needed! Process is the point!

In 1979, Talking Heads released "I Zimbra" as the second single from their album Fear of Music.
The lyrics - a type of non-semantic sound poem - are based on the poem "Gadji beri bimba" by German Dadaist Hugo Ball.

Gregor left behind strict instructions his family should follow to appease his ghost.
He didnβt require vengeance, sacrifice, or ceremony. His spirit could only be calmed by acts of self care.
For the rest of their lives, his kids would swear they heard low moaning if they didnβt drink enough water.
