On this day in 1984, WHAM! released “Last Christmas”. In the song’s video, there is a poster for a Rodin exhibition visible for a second at the cable car station of Saas-Fee. It features Rodin’s “The Prayer” from a show at the Fondation Pierre Gianadda, which ran from 12 May to 7 October 1984.

Die Behörde beruft sich auf § 71 UrhG. Ich halte das für Artefakte vor dem Zeitalter ihrer technischen Reproduzierbarkeit für widersinnig. Ein astronomischer Wissensspeicher dürfte ferner seinerzeit im Sinne des §71 „erschienen“ sein. Das LG Magdeburg hat sich hier 2003 einen schlanken Fuß gemacht.
