i haven't had such a nice day in literal weeks, despite even the fact that i cried twice. i watched game awards with my boyfriend, i managed to get some work done and i spent a lovely evening with my beautiful friends whom i havent's seen in so long. never kill yourself.

and we took pretty photos !

she also recommended supplements i can take before starting any serious medication

i have talked with my aunt who's a psychiatrist, she gave me contact to an amazing psychologist and psychiatrist who specialise in treatment of adhd. she motivated me to take care of this and will also send me some more literature on how to operate as an adult with attention disorder

i'm so not used to people checking up on me and especially!! proposing plans (instead of me always having to do it) it makes my heart feel very warm whenever he does this

the fact that he just randomly texted me "hey wanna go on a walk? i'll pick you up in 20" made me want to cry from happiness, i thanked him about 7 times

my friend convinced me to go on a walk with him and i just want to say that i appreciate so much the fact that he always checks up on me and still wants to meet with me even though i cancel so many of our plans bcs i don't feel great

i installed stardust to track my symptoms during the cycle (i've been using apple health before and i love it but i need something more insightful now) and so far i'm LOVING it
