Technically it's my birthday, not Emmet's. The donuts were in his vicinity, though, so the result was expected.
(Balloons and confetti were already designed to drop down from the ceiling at random intervals. It's something to keep Sully on his toes.)

Just checking in with a quick status update!:
- Reggie's piece has been sketched, but I need Jim to make a couple of tweaks to the artwork before I can begin inking
- Jim will begin thumbnailing Gare/Duino later this week
Unfortunately Crescent got fired right before the new year and before he was diagnosed with it. His insurance runs out at the end of the month.
His brother's video goes into detail about the full situation.

Crescent is currently in the hospital following a stage IV brain cancer diagnosis & multiple strokes. He and Urbie are wonderful people who are very, very dear to us
