Siebert was replaced after refusing to prosecute James Comey.
Can't remember which country it was...Finland maybe? They did a trial run where they just gave a bunch of money no strings attached to homeless people. They got homes, started saving money, found work, and stayed that way. Wanna say it was like over 80% or something. Massive success.
