Two backgrounds I did for episode 8. I recorded them to show the difference between Clip Studio Paint only and Blender + Clip Studio Paint.

Without counting the time it takes to model new a place, that's about 3 hours saved for each background using method 2. Episode 8 had 83.

These are based on the ingredients viewers can get from Faximili's pocket to make potions, on my interactive Twitch overlay!

Sure thing! There's a Light leaf, seeds, a mushroom and a Phobo fruit. They increase Faximili's magic, strength, defence or all three by 7% respectively!

Her stats all start at 7 (Might change later when I add damage to the tech demo) and cap at 24.

To defend yourself, you have magic and physical attacks. Her Plasma breath can burn plants, crates and light torches. Her beam can destroy boulders and hit targets!
I want the player to feel like a destructive little creature.

I do have enemies planned, it's still very early and unfinished but they do have attacks! Some even causing status changes like poison, Sleep, Limited movement.

This will remain just a tech demo but it is meant to be just an action platformer. There are some items scattered around the small islands that increase stats, grant invincibility or tagets to hit.
The targets don't grant anything for now, they're just there, lol

Unfortunately, the stars aren't edible BUT there are food items you can collect to increase some stats!
The stats don't do anything but increasing, for now, but the system is in place, just in case damage and HP become a thing later on!

Yeah! So you can hit your foes with the "🗣️🗣️🗣️" between two attacks. I like that, lol

Any action that allows us to act like the character we're playing as is a welcomed one, for me.

Lol jokes aside, at first, I indeed wanted to have a little laughter taunt alongst others but I aimed only for two different laughs, for slight variation.

But these were all so great that I ended up using them all!

There is a dedicated "Giggle button" now. That was very important to the project, I cannot stress this enough. 🧙‍♀️𖤐
