Being a secondary mastery specialist is something I’m so proud of, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of this programme with some amazing leaders and participants. I learned so much and it fundamentally changed my teaching practice.

I think this is one of my favourite applications after compound measures. When it first came on the spec and in GCSE stats, it was often shown as a formula, and I couldn’t ever understand why it wasn’t just shown as equivalent fractions cause it’s just sampling… much more often shown like that now!
