And simultaneously fielding the “what’s the point of getting a diagnosis” and the “prove the legitimacy of your diagnosis and accommodations” questions. The problem isn’t too many people being accommodated, it’s that the less privileged you are, the more difficult it is to access accommodations.

And today I find myself on the other side of the country! Regionaal Archief Tilburg is one of the few places where they still have the records of a local chapter of a national association for disabled people. Fun fact - they organised an accessible version of Dutch carnaval #dishist

Had my - to quote my friend - 'legally blonde moment' at graduation and felt it might be time to leave the PhD-pyjama era behind and move back into public! So, hello!! Very happy to say I did the PhD thing and am now a not-that-kind-of-Doctor at the School of Public Health (EHESP, France)
