the first portable mario game, and boy does it show! the controls and physics are really off, and it's weirdly short, but it does have a cool, almost abstract art style and the music is terrific and memorable. also daisy's in it so thats cool. it's neat, but it's no mario land 2

when i first started watching this movie and saw the art style i thought "oh my GOD, is the whole movie going to look this good!?" and it did. and it was awesome. beautiful and heartrending in equal measure, dont sleep on this overlooked ghibli film

the bare minimum has been restored after mario tennis aces removed that option for some fucking reason
