I've been told to keep the cleaning simple so I do
- unscented bar soap, v warm shower twice a day
- saline water misting 2-3 times a day.
- switch to a small towel to reduce accidentally snagging. Dap dry. Change towel every 2 days
- be nude at home as much as possible
