A little more info.
I've been told to keep the cleaning simple so I do
- unscented bar soap, v warm shower twice a day
- saline water misting 2-3 times a day.
- switch to a small towel to reduce accidentally snagging. Dap dry. Change towel every 2 days
- be nude at home as much as possible

Here is one-week update.
Nothing is bleeding, the achiness is mostly gone. They are still sensitive to touch, but no pain really.
The nipple bar can kinda slide, but the PA ring is still tight.
Also I can see my penis skin twisting around the ring 🤔 Not sure what's up.
