For the record, Mayo IPSC does not rally behind a “two‑state solution.” We stand for the full Palestinian right to self‑determination, equality under a single standard of law, and the right of return for refugees.

Until these actions are taken, using our event for personal PR is cynical in the extreme. The Palestinian community and their Irish allies deserve more than hashtags and hollow rhetoric.

If he now wishes to stand “for human rights” he can prove it in 3 ways:

1. Enact the OTB, goods and services, without delay.
2. End Central Bank facilitation of Israeli bonds and force ISIF divestment.
3. Close Shannon to warplanes, or at minimum right now, inspect every US military aircraft.

Deputy Dillon has:
-made insufficient excuses for voting down the OTB
-voted against ending the Central Bank’s sale of Israeli war‑bonds
-done nothing to halt US military flights through Shannon that ferry weapons to Gaza.
