Diversity enriches us through the understand of different ethnicities and cultures. If you donβt spread your wings, youβll never be able to fly! Itβs important to make sure that as educators we have a rounded understanding of cultures so we can effectively understand our students.
#BuildHOPEedu
We can celebrate diversity through allowing our students to share their individual experiences and encouraging them to be proud of them. We can also celebrate it through culture weeks and helping our students understand cultures different than their own!

Q1: What is a strength in diversity?
Q1 Answer: A strength in diversity is allowing your students to see all sides of life. All students have different experiences, and itβs best if all of your students see those experiences as meaningful to that one student.
