The sole promise of using LLM's in war is to entirely remove a Stanislaw Petrov from the decision chain.
(Oh, remember how LLM's were found to advocate nuclear strikes in 95% of tested scenarios?)

for those fixated on congressional authorization, i get it. this is a massive violation of our constitutional order.
even so, congress *cannot* legitimize an illegal war. there is nothing congress can do to make it legal under int'l law.
Air power and elite special forces both make leaders feel like they have costless military options because any consequences are abstracted and delayed.
Those unable to value delayed gratification are equally unable to conceive of any price that's not immediate and obvious.
Absurdly dangerous.

"Are our [spiritual] practices ... creating space for diverse ways of being faithful, or do they quietly reinforce a single, idealized model of Christian life?"
- for some Christians β particularly autistic and other neurodivergent people β many commonly assumed rules are simply unattainable.
