Overnight roadworks have finally finished…I slept so good last night

Have to keep reminding myself that I have zero chance if I don’t submit this at all, but still, it’s hard to find the courage.

Thanks, me too…stupid road resurfacing, can’t wait until it’s done

This has been going on overnight on my road for 3 nights now and I’m so bloody sleep deprived

Very happy and proud of Zohran Mamdani - not only because he’s a good human but also because he’s gujrati and I’m half gujrati 🥹

Last of this season’s tomatoes I think, hopefully these ones will ripen indoors

Some spooky prose for Halloween…these haibun were published in Otoroshi (Anubis) and Under the Basho (Crepuscular)

It’s ok 😆 garden space in a city is very limited but it’s my tiny oasis - definitely too much choice

would love to get one but just don’t think I’ll have the room…I’m desperate for a sweet cherry tree which I think I’ll get soon and also my tomatoes take up quite a bit of space over the summer months…also I read that nectarines are super finicky…but hey they’re pretty so maybe I’ll overlook that

Nectarine flowers are so pretty…now I’m tempted to get a dwarf one 🤦🏻‍♀️
