Today was the last day of #TheBigFive&More Art Exhibition at #BanhamZoo tomorrow is collection day!

♿ After a steep climb in my #wheelchair I managed to capture this #photograph.

#Racoon eventually stood still long enough and I found a small gap when I could eventually see. No complaints it was really 🥵 I enjoyed hiding in the shade.

Todays #ArtShare of my #Pastel #drawing of #yellowmacaw A3 drawing using my new set of #Faber-Castell Pitt Pencils and Soft Pastel Sticks. Enjoyed it and will be doing more in pastel soon.

A2 Graphite Drawing of the Medway Queen, this paddle steamer is referenced to the 1940s, this drawing is from its earlier day post WW2. Drawing shows the portside, with waves breaking the bow as she paddles on. Smoke fills the sky from the funnel as passengers enjoy the views. Main focal point is the paddle steamer, the background is just suggestive with the sea and breaking waves, the clouds in the skyline are detailed enough to keep your attention to the paddle steamer and clouds.

#Artshare, 60th Anniversary gift. My in-laws helped back in the day when the Medway Queen was in a bad condition in the 1990s until funded by the lottery. This is now framed for their anniversary.

First time drawing a #horse and this big. It took months to finish, I never thought I would get it framed! It was hard work but I enjoyed the detail I achieved.

I was asked to draw just the heads, with no background. The owners though it was a print, and was blown away when told its a drawing, they really love it!

I choose this frame to finish it off.
