Our local council refused to remove St George Tosspot flags from all around the city centre, and kept passing the buck, saying it wasn’t under their jurisdiction. And yet it turns out it was.

Norwich Council said the flags being put up around the ring road do not fall under their jurisdiction. Then when I complained to Norwich Highways as advised by them, the latter claimed Norwich Council have jurisdiction & won’t prioritise their removal.

In fact, that doesn’t sound emphatic enough. Change to ‘I love your work, Ian!’
