Quiero entender a la gente que cree que prohibir por completo el uso de IAgen en el sector cultural no soluciona el problema (aunque no comparto la opinión), pero este decreto es una broma de mal gusto.
La laguna legal que han incluido para permitir su uso es enorme, la mires por donde la mires.
Nunca nadie ha firmado un contrato de mierda con el que no está de acuerdo para, no sé, poder pagar el alquiler o la compra.

Chicos, no sé si habéis oído que en el Estatuto de artistas se va a prohibir el uso IAgen... Pues es todo MENTIRA, porque precisamente el artículo 13 avala el uso de esta.
Lo bueno es que hasta el 2 de febrero hay un plazo abierto de aportaciones en el que podéis "sugerir" que se recorte este (+)
