I rent out a small house in Sussex and I always say yes to pets. Having rented myself with cats, and knowing how many animals are in rescue because landlords won’t let their owners keep them, I think this is very very important. Hope you find somewhere!

Born in Dublin, she studied at the Metropolitan School of Art and Westminster School of Art in London, later moving to Paris. By 1923 she was painting in a completely abstract, Cubist-inspired style.

A Farm in a Wooded Landscape (1630) by Dutch artist Jan van Goyen (1596 - 1656).

This new acquisition significantly strengthens the Ulster Museum’s small, but increasingly important, collection of 17th century Dutch paintings.

Purchased in 2024 with the assistance of the Esmé Mitchell Trust.
