Whenever he found me in the kitchen, dad would grope me.

Afterwards, he would laugh.

The purpose of his laughter was to show me that this was "just a joke" and therefore I wasn't allowed to call it sexual harassment or tell him to get away.

So don't listen to the gym snobs who claim you must put your level as sedentary if you don't go to the gym.

Cause if your calorie deficit is too big, you get ravenous.

And when you're ravenous, you binge.

And when you binge often, you might develop the binge eating disorder.

Yes, even if you don't go to the gym or do any other exercise.

Walking has been my only consistent form of exercise for the past decade.

I lose weight when I eat what calorie calculators call my light activity level calories.

I maintain weight when I eat my moderate activity level calories.

As someone who counted calories since she was twelve, let me tell you a secret.

Walking 10k steps a day puts you in the moderate level of activity.

Not sedentary, not light. Moderate.

Underestimating your activity level when calculating your calorie intake needs will NOT make you lose weight faster.

It will make you ravenous, which will cause you to binge eat, which will result in you GAINING weight.

Abusers don't abuse everyone they meet.

In public, they wear the mask of a nice person. Abuser: I believe in kindness and care about others more than about myself~

But in private, they will abuse their victim.

When the victim reaches out for help, they get none because everyone believes the abuser's mask to be their true face. Random person: They would never do that!
