DOJ settled this case on Friday, while testimony was actively being taken, and did not tell the judge, the jury, opposing counsel, OR DOJ’s LEAD PROSECUTOR UNTIL TODAY.

How is it even possible to settle a case without involving or even notifying your own lead prosecutor?!?!!
