Every lesson starts with 6-10 marks of exam questions done in silence and then modelled / marked as a class. Spaced out testing certain topics at lessening intervals as best I can!

When you train to teach you learn about pedagogy, behaviour, assessment. But nothing prepares you for this.
1 year and 2 days ago I chatted to a Y12 student on the corridor about them achieving their grade 4 in maths and how happy they were/ proud I was. The next day they were gone.
