Royal Mail bosses to be called to Parliament over letter delivery failures
It comes after hundreds of people contacted BBC Your Voice to express frustration over late deliveries.
People across Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket are missing hospital letters, bank documents and time-sensitive post because letter deliveries are failing.
Royal Mail bosses being called to Parliament is the right step - residents deserve reliability, not excuses.

Energy bills to fall in April in price cap change and charges shake-up
Changes announced in the Budget mean all energy bills will see some kind of reduction, but it will vary.
Good news for households, with energy bills set to fall from April.
After a long period of high costs, this will bring real relief for many families and shows progress in tackling the cost of living.

Higher tax helped government finance reach record January surplus
The government took in more from tax receipts than expected, official data suggests.
Good to see the UK record a January budget surplus, with borrowing falling and inflation continuing to ease.
Sound public finances matter because they create the space to invest in priorities like schools, policing and the NHS.

Government to end cancer postcode lottery for patients
People living in rural and coastal areas will find it easier to see a cancer specialist as the government works to end the postcode lottery for care.
Ending the cancer postcode lottery matters.
Where you live shouldnβt decide how quickly you see a specialist. More doctors, better tech and earlier diagnosis will save lives and tackle health inequalities.
This is a vital step forward.
