Now, every shipment of sold goods from China, even small parcels sold to an individual, must include full customs paperwork and payment for tariffs. Yes, this is going to slow down everything. Shipments will eventually resume, but when they do, it'll be more expensive and slower.

There's been a thing called a de minimis exemption for customs duties. Any shipment worth less than $800 qualifies. The latest round of tariffs from the Mango Mussolini killed that exemption.
