So now that you know the bare minimum on hypno, why not give it a try! It feels so amazing and relaxing to go into trance as well as rewarding to give that feeling to others.

From here you can look into modalities to see how you imagine and therefore will drop the best.

Finally we wake em up. This is where most folks add post hypnotic suggestions or triggers. But also remove all the ones you did during the scene before waking them up.

Folks remember trance like a conversation; the feeling stick with em more than words. So why not make em feel good when coming up?

Hyonotic phenomenon is the fun part of every trance. This is where you prove to the person they are hypnotized. This is where scenes happen, commands go through, and all sorts of fun shenanigans!

Even if you are just dropping someone for their first time, do 1 phenomenon so they know it worked!

A deepener or trance stabilizer is basically the next step of they are in trance, now what?

The point of this is to make sure the person is holding that hypnotic trance. Not just visiting and the coming right back out. You can do this with another induction, developing the scene, fractionation, ect

Inductions are how we get someone to leave reality and go into trance. There are many many many ways to do this! Most of them involve an element or combo of elements of:
Expectations
Shock and surprise
Confusion
Relaxation
And
Inward focus

All of these create absorption through different ways.

So how do we get there?

Well hypnosis involves an induction, and deepener/trance stabilizer, hypnotic phenomenon, and then the wake up.

So when you put those all together you have Hypnosis!!!

You have someone who understands commands, that isn't feeling emotionally attached to those commands (leaving more room for you to tell them how to feel) and someone who is so in the moment they don't mind doing those commands.

Suggestibilty is the ability to understand and respond to verbal and non verbal instructions.

It is not the same as being gullible. It is the ability to understand what is being asked of you, directly or not directly, and being able to follow through with what was asked or implied you should do.

Dissociation is the ability to separate perceptions/cognitive processes and associated behaviors.

Basically it is the ability to not do your trained responses and the ability to have little to no emotional involvement that you normally would have and feel in a situation.

Absorption is the ability to become fully invested in the experince. It is using your imagination, perception, and experiences to be in the current moment.

Ever watch a really good horror movie and you are on the edge of your seat in tense suspension? That feeling is the absorption!

In common talk, Hypnosis is about creating a trance.

Creating a hypnotic trance takes 3 key things:
1. Absorption
2. Dissociation
3. Suggestibilty
