Maybe expecting consistency was asking to much. Would have thought that decisions to be reviewed and continual “advice” to refs to be published. Guessing this not the case..

Can they legally run their own league, unlicensed. Doesn't give you issues with recruitment and Visa's? The current clubs hold the history and the fanbase. I cant see a new league starting with a dozen or so invented franchises

Though I disagree with a league that is owned by its clubs which can change the rules mid season, this is just give me the heebi jeebies. In fact I would go as far as saying the entire structure of basketball in the UK, literally makes no sense all the way down to grass routes and local leagues
