Our long awaited submission for this month's Explore Your Archive theme!
It's important to take the time to clean Early Printed Books thoroughly and safely, leaving little MARGIN for error.
Not for the faint of heart (though certainly weirdly satisfying!)

A blonde young girl is dressed head to foot in sequins and she is grinning at the camera, laying on her side with her feet around her ears.
Yes, your eyes are correct. This is Jennifer Parkin of Ripley in the 1970s and those are her feet around her head! We donβt know much about Jennifer except she performed as a dancer and contortionist, but it must have been quite the show!

A colour photograph of a modern detached house with a car in the drive. The whole house is covered with illuminated Christmas decorations: there are at least three Santa's, the words 'Merry Christmas' in large letters and a big star on the roof.
If you were hoping to see some #FestiveLights in 1998, you could have driven past this house in Riddings and marvelled at the illuminated Santa's!
