I agree.

A lot of people in the world are hopeful that Trump will interfere less than Biden. US interference in the world has been a disaster.

If the Biden administration had acted swiftly to prosecute Trump and he was convicted and jailed, that could have cut off his return to power. But they did not (Biden or whoever was in control).
