Tbh the racism is already there even without the context of K-Pop. With K-Pop though, they tried to leverage it being originated from them to feed their sense of superiority.
It was never about protecting their identity. Because we Asians already know well enough to respect the source core values.

It handled the aspect of healing and acceptance in a rather entertaining way. It's an action anime with both passion and tenderness that made it so meaningful. The pain is there, but it teaches us that warmth goes a long way. It's surprisingly a comfort show, they are good boys QwQ
