Time to put your feet up? The daily challenges of living with sight loss can cause stress and anxiety. Taking part in a session like this gives participants an opportunity to relax and meet others to share experiences with. Afterwards the group felt: "relaxed", "peaceful", "less stressed", "calm".

Running any organisation costs money. Without the essentials we can't continue to support 5,000 visually impaired local people every year. That's why we are delighted to have received a generous grant from the wonderful people at the @westonfdn.bsky.social towards our running costs. Thank you!
