do you ever draw something random and it doesn’t really mean much at the time but then you come across it again some period of time later and its like being hit by a ton if bricks because the drawing has now taken on a ton of new meaning due to the events of your life in the interim

Yes I was so glad as well! I thought it was taking a while to get here but it turns out I just didn’t remember I had given you my parents address since I was in the process of moving, and so I came home this past weekend and my mom was like oh you got a letter!

Wow favorite manga of the past decade is high praise! I’m loving the anime so far, maybe it’s because it’s more slice of life but I really appreciate it for its depiction of quiet yet impactful moments. I also really like how the more delicate lineart really seems to compliment the themes.

Wait this is so true, hourly comics day really does remind me of a time when I was more hopeful & the internet was home to some of my favorite communities. I def miss doing hourlies so I guess i should do something about that!

Okay cast your vote! Right now I’m leaning towards working a bit on my hourly comics day & then trying out the leather hand sewing kit. But I’m still very undecided and need external input to decide!

The third option is to work on this leather wallet sewing kit I bought today when I went to the store to get that notion I needed for my mom’s gift. This would be a nice option because I could more easily catch up on Journal With Witch with my roommates

The second option is to attempt to do belated hourly comics day. I recorded everything I did yesterday but I haven’t drawn any actual comics yet. This would be fun but part of my thinks should choose a more “productive” option yes I know I need to kill the capitalist in my head I’m working on it!)

The first option is to finish sewing my mom’s birthday gift. I got the last notion I need to make it today after work, so this would probably be the most practical option.
