Supreme Court upholds TikTok ban-or-sale law Donald Trump had asked the Supreme Court to delay TikTok’s ban-or-sale law to give him an opportunity to act once he returns to the White House.

Breaking news: The Supreme Court on Friday refused to block a federal law that would effectively ban TikTok in the United States as early as this weekend if the wildly popular video-sharing app does not divest from Chinese ownership.

Look it's hard to not get excited if you're a snow lover. A lot of data shows snow next Tuesday, but use caution. Yes the chance has increased for a winter storm, but the storm system is still days away and models will likely adjust some. There is a fine line between snow, ice,rain.

When asked how many people were shot vs. injured by the truck, Gov. Jeff Landry refers to it as a 'minor detail' and says that information will be released later.

Another reporter asked about confidence that suspect didn't act alone.Landry replied, "why would I tell you that."

Surveillance video shows the moment a white truck turned onto Bourbon Street and plowed into busy NYE crowds in New Orleans. The suspect killed at least 10 people, injured dozens more, shot two police officers, and was shot & killed by police on scene.
