This is from 13 years ago, and today, California is the 4th largest economy, at $4.1 Trillion GDP, and just under 40,000,000 people!
LA County alone has a larger population that MOST STATES in the union, and a GDP that rivals most nations.
Land just keeps going up in value IF you buy it correctly!

CA's 2024 GDP was $4.1 trillion, making it the largest economy in the United States.
As a state, it is the 5th largest economy.
