Commission adopts delegated act on data access under the Digital Services Act The delegated act on data access under the Digital Services Act enables researchers to obtain unprecedented access to platforms’ internal data to contribute to a safer online world.

The @ec.europa.eu adopted today the delegated act under the #DSA, granting vetted researchers unprecedented access to data from VLOPSEs.
