The @GaSecofState certified the Special Election in GA Sen 21 with Shigley (D) & Dickerson (R) facing off in the runoff 9/23. The 3rd place candidate West (R) has requested a recount, his right under the law. Fulton & Cherokee Counties will begin that recount tomorrow & be completed by 5pm Friday.
