A Slack message that reads:
Shoutout to Tyler Young for writing code in a way that makes it super clear for new devs to understand and follow what is happening. Clarity is easily overlooked, especially when building fast, but his code is always really clear.
The nicest thing that has ever been said about me as a dev 🥹
P.S. If your company doesn’t have a shoutouts channel in Slack, you should get on that. 😄

Love your work!

Too many folks in the #elixirlang community (and others I am a part of) still use twitter. I’m still tethered to it as well. I long for the days before elon, though, before the x.

Friends, I'm joining many of you in the tech world who have been laid off recently due to various reasons (yesterday for me).
Anyone in my network have leads on #elixirlang opportunities? I'm definitely open to other tech stacks, too. 🙏

Having never really used magit myself, for drawing any sort of comparisons; how is it compared to say, neogit (the main port of magit to neovim)?

Any other #elixirlang devs getting super giddy after seeing a random teaser’ish post by the @expert-lsp.org core team? I’m checking their socials and url constantly. 🤦♂️

Brother, you’re not alone and I feel for you greatly. I recently went through similar things due to a huge amount of life events all at once and went through the same processes. Have since been diagnosed with ADHD, on meds and in regular therapy to learn how to cope and work through these things. 🙏🏻
