I’m not really that pressed about Chelsea right now but I will say this. If Salah, VVD, Alisson, Trent, Robbo can’t get this side over the hill with all their experience against this Chelsea side in a title race, we should be looking to move on from them all and I don’t say that lightly.

Last season, Arsenal had 3 fixtures from Jan 1 to Feb 3. With their very good injury record, that pushed them on in the 2nd half of the season. This season they have NINE fixtures from Jan 1 to Feb 1. With the last fixture being against City. That’ll be a true test for them.

I’d imagine a far more even spread across Diaz, Gakpo and Nunez. Right now it’s so skewed because Salah is the focal point of our attack. There’s only so many goals that can realistically be scored by a team and if Salah is scoring most of them, the rest will never get the numbers people expect

Nobody wants to acknowledge it but Salah’s numbers are reflective of us playing through Salah (which I mean makes perfect sense given he’s a world class player). He’s got a hand in almost every attacking move we have. Take him out and our spread of g+a would look crazy different
