Tom Hiddleston is pretty good in this too! I’ve never read the Stephen King story this is based on, but I knew Mike Flanagan directed this, so I had a feeling it’d be pretty good! And it was! I didn’t know what to expect, but I was really surprised by it! I recommend it!

I finally watched the movie ‘The Life of Chuck’ and the beginning act of that movie is pretty existentially terrifying. Especially when two characters are sitting alone, at whats essentially the end of the world, watching the stars and then see the stars start to blink out of existence. 😮

The sequel was fine, but not quite as good as the original. Just didn’t have as much charm I guess… but it had its moments.

Yea, the original Iron Sky was so fun. The sequel wasn’t quite as good, and of course is a bit tarnished for me since they couldn’t even send me the blu-ray I was supposed to get for backing it.

What they’re trying to do now is just awful, especially with them using AI and crypto BS. Ugh… 😞

I thought I saw something about crypto (they said something about offering some bs nfts or some shit to people who didn’t get rewards, but only for 50 people (what the hell)). That’s awful they’re using Udo Kier to try to promote this. 🤬

Yea. For example. I watched the animated movie The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim. At the beginning one of the lords and his son come to Edoras to start shit with the King. They get in a fight and the King kills him, and his son swears revenge. They were the ones starting shit though. 😂

This trope always cracks me up:

A group of villains show up somewhere to start some shit. A hero fights back and kills the villains. Relatives of the villains swear revenge because how dare someone kills their family (even though they were the ones starting shit). 😂

From what I can find online, I think there was a release in 2000 or 2001 that had the shorter pilot. Can’t quite remember what was cut though… I just remember it being shorter and thinking “what the hell!?”. 😂

Did you know that in the first dvd release, the pilot episode has some missing scenes? Later releases had the full episode though! Wish I’d kept that first release, just to have the two versions… but alas.

Pretty sure I’d tapped them all too! And I watched every episode with my friends and gaming group as they aired! It was awesome!
