I finished my character’s furry design.

This started as a joke, but I’m genuinely surprised by the amount of people who unironically like the design. 👀

Is this something I should do more of?

They said I’m never beating the furry allegations…so I drew my female OC as a furry. 👀

It’s hard to get out of the numbers game mindset that is so apparent on Twitter. I like seeing posts get 30-40 consistent likes and a couple hundred views so it’s difficult to switch platforms and be back to square one. >.<

This is the finished piece. I did this one on my tablet in Procreate. I didn’t limit myself to the same size for sticky notes and ended up using WAY too many layers. But that’s normal…right? 😅

This was the updated version for the sticky note. I spent a bit more time because I had some people take interest in my sticky notes at work. I’d already done a few more by this point and I think you can tell I’d improved here. This one was done with both pencil & sharpie pen.

This was the initial sticky note and my first attempt at creating my art on such a small canvas. This one was done entirely in pencil. I didn’t have any plans on continuing, but Laimu is definitely a wonderful art muse.

For those that are curious on the concept, I started off drawing her as a Navi from Megaman Battle Network. But I realized that might be too old/obscure/niche of a reference. So….marvel rivals. Laimu has internet powers and likes swords in her FromSoft games. So…energy swords!
