The Hytale soundtrack is out now! Vol. 1 consists of mainly zone 1 music and vol. 2 is all the rest. I've tried to set up the order of the music meticulously to create a good listening cadence, to reflect how an adventure might play out, and made sure each song transitions well.

Many female rabbits develop uterine cancer as they grow older (Belle is 8), most often it’s malignant.
They should ideally be sterilised when they’re young (unfortunately we weren’t aware of that at the time)

Today Belle got diagnosed with uterine cancer :(
She’s fine for now; she eats well and stays active, doesn’t seem to be in any pain.
For now we can only hope she stays well for a good while (and give her many treats)

I'm proud to present some of my work I did on Hytale as part of my professional portfolio: s.disco.ac/eofdfethbvoy
This first batch covers a wide range of moods in the vein of orchestral fantasy with medieval folk and hybrid electronic elements, mixing JRPG and western styles.
Had the same with Ublock yesterday, but was able to enable it again using the method in the attached screenshot.
Still probably wise to move over to Firefox—my friends keep trying to convince me… (but obviously, different thing equal bad)
Yes the original plan was 2021, which turned into 2023, which turned into "beyond 2024", which turned into never :P
But they didn't invest into the biggest Minecraft server, it's separate from Hytale and Hypixel Studios. The success of either doesn't rely on the other.

The trailer was created from within Hytale's legacy engine, using their film tools (used to animate the rabbit chase, for example).
It is not fake, Riot would not have invested in it otherwise.
We've used the #voxel game-engine we build as a team of students to make a little diorama puzzle game :)
This has been an incredibly fun experience, building this from the ground up, working together with designers and artists!

Yes, the legacy Scaraks are functional in there, but a lot of thought and work was put into the new Scaraks.
Would be cool to see them ported over, but they might not do it to save time.

It was December 16th 2018, 3 days after Hytale released its trailer, when I first saw it. 🍃
I distincly remember thinking that this game looked really cool when I saw the canyon scene. ✨
It then took 3 seconds for Scaraks to appear and I knew I was in love! ❤️🐜

I uh, I'm processing the news still. Did not expect this, and can't imagine how the devs must feel.
I at least am happy to think back at the friends I've made, the money we raised for charity, and on a personal note I wouldn't have gone into gamedev were it not for Hytale.
