After 10 miles I'm going to be hungrier for more than 24 tacos. Like is that the upper limit? Is that why its in there as a challenge?
Doing 24 beers these days is really going to depend on what the ABV is.
I wonder if pro-crypto people ever pause to wonder where all that money comes from.

Who could have seen this coming? By "this" I mean the part about the fine. That's unforeseen. He probably had bets on Polymarket too and they aren't going to fine anyone.

Can't believe they're just saying "sometimes I like throwing some extra money into the money pit as a treat."

25.02.2026 17:28 β π 11 π 0 π¬ 2 π 0Yes. But also: Does that person think the other side isn't going to point out flaws in a candidates if we're all really quiet about it? If anything, they're going to be thrilled if a candidate has serious flaws that were ignored before the primary.
24.02.2026 16:41 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Asimov wrote about the Three Laws of Robotics in 1942. Kubrick's 2001: A Space Odyssey was released in 1968. So yeah, people have been discussing this stuff for 50+ years. I think that makes it a "classic" problem.

That's the fanciest Canadian Tire I've ever seen. The ones I'm used to all look like this:

20.02.2026 20:09 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The author block, showing that the article was authored by Dave Skretta, AP Sports Writer, and not a reporter for the SF Chronicle.
Google search results for "Alysa Liu dazzles to win figure skating gold, ending a 24-year Olympic drought for US women." One image shows Alysa Liu and the other shows Ami Nakai.
SF Chronicle tweet titled "JUST IN: JUST IN: Alysa Liu won Olympic gold for the U.S. in womenβs figure skating, ending a 24-year drought."
People never understands what it means when "AP" follows an author's name. Different news sources can end up with different images for the same article - sometimes it isn't the best image. And the SF Chronicle tweet now shows a different image anyway.

They're the ones focusing on the stumbles. They're the ones spreading it. They're pandering to conservative social media.

They do and they have. But the current administration wants us to forget about all those people because it considers them "woke."

And why are they acting like "narcissistic, status-obsessed young men" is something new or newsworthy?
